Terms of Service

By accessing or using Axiom Method Academy ("the Academy"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Academy.

The Academy is operated by Forgemind on behalf of Steven Parr. These terms govern all use of the platform at axiom.forgemind.pro and associated services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that your use of the Academy complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful conduct.

The Academy offers paid training programmes. All enrolments are subject to the pricing and descriptions displayed at time of purchase.

• Course access — once enrolled, you receive personal access to course materials for the duration specified at purchase.
• Certification — completion certificates are issued upon fulfilling all programme requirements as assessed by the Academy.
• Refunds — digital programmes are non-refundable once accessed. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you experience a technical issue preventing access.

All Academy content — including training materials, videos, frameworks, written content, and branding — is the intellectual property of Steven Parr and/or Forgemind. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials or allow third-party access to your account
• Reproduce or distribute course materials without authorisation
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or abusive
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform

The Axiom Method Academy provides professional training in neurobiological hypnotherapy. Course content is for educational purposes. The Academy does not provide clinical diagnoses or therapeutic services. Always refer clients with clinical needs to appropriately qualified professionals.

The Academy is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Results from training vary between practitioners and depend on individual application and practice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forgemind and Steven Parr shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Academy. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
