The Axiom Method
A four-phase, neurobiologically informed hypnotherapeutic approach integrating somatic stabilisation, emotional processing, cognitive integration, and behavioural empowerment.
The Four Phases
The Axiom Method follows a bottom-up sequence — working first with the body, then emotions, then cognition, then behaviour. This ordering is not incidental; it is grounded in how the human nervous system processes and integrates experience.
Somatic Stabilisation
Establishing safety and nervous system regulation through body-centred techniques including EFT, breathwork, and grounding practices. No deeper processing begins until the nervous system is regulated.
Emotional Processing
Gently accessing and integrating emotional experiences using hypnotherapeutic and NLP strategies. Stored emotional material is metabolised safely, with the therapist as a regulated co-regulator.
Cognitive Integration
Reframing beliefs, resolving cognitive dissonance, and fostering new perspectives through Ericksonian language and NLP techniques. Narrative reconstruction follows — not precedes — emotional processing.
Behavioural Empowerment
Implementing new strategies and behaviours for real-world transformation and resilience. Identity-level integration consolidates lasting change and sustainable self-efficacy.

The ACCF provides a structured approach for assessment, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation, ensuring each client's journey is tailored and evidence-based.
Assessment
Comprehensive intake and nervous system mapping.
Formulation
Integrating neurobiological, psychological, and contextual factors.
Intervention
Applying the four-phase method with individualised strategies.
Evaluation
Ongoing review and adaptation for optimal outcomes.
A Synthesis of Evidence-Based Approaches
The Axiom Method synthesises the most effective modalities from contemporary psychotherapy and neuroscience into a unified, sequenced framework.

Our philosophy
“Lasting change begins not in the mind, but in the body. Regulate first. Process second. Integrate third. Empower always.”
